公培伟,博士,青年教授,硕士生导师,“杏坛学者”。教学方面,负责《材料化学》、《复合材料》、《无机非金属材料》等课程的讲授,指导学生获国家创新创业大赛全国特等奖1项,指导全国大学生创新创业训练项目3项,获bv伟德国际体育教师讲课比赛一等奖、bv伟德国际体育“优秀研究生指导教师”、“优秀学士学位论文指导老师”等称号,在核心期刊发表教学研究论文3篇。科研方面,围绕无机/有机纳米润滑材料设计及其摩擦学与药物负载性能研究,以第一作者及通讯作者在ACS NanoAdvanced Healthcare MaterialsACS Applied Materials & InterfacesChemical Engineering JournalCarbonJournal of Colloid and Interface ScienceChemical CommunicationsFriction等刊物发表研究论文40余篇,多篇论文入选ESI高被引论文、热点论文并被选作封面,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、山东省自然科学基金、山东省教育厅等项目,申请国家发明专利15件、授权11件,多项专利成果在企业中得到转化和应用。

研究生/本科生招生与培养:

每年拟招收硕士研究生2名(化学、材料与化工方向)、本科生科研训练学生3~5名、毕业论文学生5~9名,指导的研究生获得国家奖学金、山东省优秀毕业生、圣地英才奖、研究生单项奖等,研究生毕业后进入哈尔滨工业大学、南京大学、北京科技大学等攻读博士学位。
